While we love working with rescues to offer quality care for all exotic pets, the sheer number of 501c3 groups submitting is overwhelming and we are only able to accept a limited number each year.

AEAC Rescue Partners Eligibility

Eligible rescues must meet the following minimum requirements:

-Focus on the rescue, care, rehabilitation, and/or rehoming of exotic pet species

-Have obtained 501c3 status in the state of Indiana

-Have a governing board responsible for making care decisions, establishing policies, and overseeing of members of their rescue group

Application Process

Enrollment for our Rescue Partners Program is always open. Rescue applicants most likely to be selected for our Rescue Partners Program will be those that align most closely with our goals, which focus on education, rehoming, and discouraging the breeding of exotic pets. Rescues selected for our Rescue Partners program will be granted a 10% discount on all services* and supplies, access to our discounted routine spay and neuter rates, and the ability to be billed monthly rather than at the time of service.

*Excluding after-hours emergency care, level 2 and 3 hospital care, and out-of-hospital advanced imaging services

Please note: Payment is due within 30 days of each monthly statement. Overdue accounts will result in your group’s loss of Rescue Partner Status and may disqualify you from applying in the future.
