Customer Service Representative
Required Qualifications:
Experience with customer service and high-volume phone calls
Tech savvy
Multitasking and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to maintain composure under potentially high-pressure situations
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in a veterinary clinic capacity
Knowledge of exotic species
Basic veterinary medical terminology
Positive and outgoing nature
Duties Include:
Managing a large volume of phone calls on a multi-line phone system
Corresponding with clients via email and text
Accurately documenting information in electronic medical records
Scheduling appointments
Checking clients in and out
Reconciling daily transactions
Collaborating with technical staff concerning client and patient needs
Assisting inventory manager with accountability for retail items
Other general duties such as filling prescriptions, transporting patients in/out of the clinic, housekeeping, and maintaining the visual appearance of our clinic
